Every property listed on StayKedarnath goes through a manual review process before it appears publicly:
- Owner identity verification — Government-issued ID is checked
- Property photos review — We check that photos accurately represent the property
- Location confirmation — Addresses are verified against maps and local records
- Amenity audit — Claimed amenities are cross-checked
- Guest safety check — Fire exits, emergency contacts, and basic safety features are confirmed
Verified properties display a Verified badge on their listing. You can report a property that doesn't match its listing from your booking details page.
