Shankaracharya Samadhi

Shankaracharya Samadhi is the final resting place of Adi Shankaracharya, the 8th-century Hindu philosopher who revived Hinduism and established the four mathas. Located behind Kedarnath Temple, this sacred site was restored after the 2013 floods. It's believed that Shankaracharya attained Samadhi here after establishing the Kedarnath Temple.
